What Is RCMS?

RCMS stands for "Redtopia Content Management System," and is a web-based software package that provides tools to manage information displayed on a web site. It is designed to be extensible, meaning that it can handle virtually any type of information and it can be customized. It comes pre-configured with web pages, calendars, events, articles, newsletters, images, audio and video clips, and PDFs, while custom support can easily be added.

Works on Macintosh and Windows

Managing web site content is done using a web browser, and therefore is subject to just a few limitations. On Windows, the latest version of Firefox, Netscape and Internet Explorer are fully supported. Macintosh OS X is supported, though Firefox is currently the only browser that works with the WYSIWYG editor.
